  Product was as described. Seller was friendly. However, I paid extra for overnight shipping and USPS failed to meet their own requirements. Seller promised refund of extra shipping costs after she received the refund from USPS. Seller never refunded those costs to me after several inquiries from and promises by her to do so.

  That is the problem. I paid for the earrings, taxes, and shipping cost and have not received the earrings. I have sent this seller several questions as to when these earrings will be sent to me, but I haven’t received a single reply. I am a fairly new customer but if the seller can’t be trusted, then I may have to shop elsewhere.! Can you help me in this situation? If he is not sending me the merchandise, he should tell me. Also I paid almost $37.00. Will I get this refunded to me?
