  Got this and it wasn’t region 1 and wouldn’t play and for the sellers mistake I only got a partial refund! The refund was quick but should have gotten a full refund! Didn’t understand why?

  DVD packaging has region 1 printed on it. I don’t know why his machine wouldn’t play the disc. He contacted me complaining it wouldn’t play. I offered a refund and pointed out the packaging had region 1. I refunded his purchase price. He accepted the $2 and didn’t ask for anything additional, then leaves me this feedback.
