    First of all, the items were shipped quite late. In addition, items were marked as new, but the condition was actually used. The parts in the box were not in their original packaging and were dirty. I bought toilet seats from the seller and the parts were wet, which shows that they were used. I messaged the seller about the issue and they ignored me. I recommend that everyone beware this seller.

    Delivered in a sealed box. We have free returns so all he needed to do is to open a return request and send it back for a refund. No RMA needed. We responded to his message with return instructions, but my guess customer is not interested in return but to get extra discount as he requested even before the sale took place
