Your order was on 19th of August and I have dispatched it on the same day. After that is how much time needs Royal Mail to deliver the parcel as there was a weekend and bank holiday. My fault is that I had a wrong description for this item but I have sent to you the item as it at the attached image, as usually the main thing is the image and after the description.
