GlobalTowne has been selling tankless water heaters, venting, accessories and replacement parts since 2004. We are A+ rated by the BBB.

We are an Authorized Distributor for all of the brands we sell.

We ship out of three warehouses in Beachwood, OH (our corporate headquarters), Memphis TN, and Las Vegas, NV.

All orders received before noon ET ship the same business day. We will make our best effort to ship orders received the same business day if received between noon and 2pm ET. Orders received after 2pm ET will ship the next business day.
