    You were sent exactly what you ordered, you purchased the wrong item and expected a full refund, we communicated on many occasions before you made the purchase with many photos of measurements and detailed descriptions to be sure you were getting the right parts, I was on holiday for over 3 weeks which my ebay account clearly displayed when we would be back to respond, you got impatient and came here and left a negative review when you didn't receive a response, sorry we couldn't work this out
