About us

Purchases made from our Store directly supports Ginger's Parrot Rescue, which is a 501c3 Non Profit Charity that receives 100% of the profits. Our Rescue specializes in behavioral rehabilitation of relinquished birds and those in need of rescue from difficult situations. The individual care for each bird includes proper diet, socialization, and training. Behavioral issues, such as screaming, plucking, and biting are reduced or eliminated. Individual taming and training is completed with each bird to build a solid bird-human relationship. In order to provide the highest level of care, we only accept a limited number of parrots and likewise have a stringent screening process for placing parrots.

    Missing half the contents. There is no Bluetooth dongle just the button. Item appears used no laserpecker packaging.

    Once we realized this error we immediately sent the dongle out to this buyer that day. I'm so sorry that this buyer chose to leave negative feedback before giving us a chance rectify the problem. Hopefully, once he receives the dongle he will remove this negative feedback. We strive to have 100% positive feedback, and have for many, many years. This type of unjustified feedback is truly heartbreaking.
