    At first this seller was very helpful. Wanted to answer my questions and help me. They went above and begond packaging the item to ensure no issues with it. However, once I got the item and tried hooking it up. They advised me they were spending way too much time tending to my questions. They never advised on the listing that it required a specific USB port. In very tech savvy and have done everything as they have said. Now they are just plain rude

    I've been answering questions for this buyer on the fololwing days August 27,28,29,30,31 Sep 2,3,4,5 had to ignore him on the 6th because it was the sabbath and our store is closed that day. Now on the 7th, I answer all his questions but questions never stop coming. I told him to send it back and now he is being vindictive. What more can someone do?
