    The item was as described and in new condition; however, it could not be set up as they were locked by a previously owned ISP. I contacted Eero, and they confirmed that these devices, after purchase by an ISP, can have their serial number locked for their use only. Neither the seller nor I had ever experienced or heard of this before. The sale and purchase were made in good faith by both parties, and the seller provided a full refund, which I appreciate. The customer service was outstanding.

    Item rec'd. Seller was prompt to ship, but post office dorked around with no updates for 5 entire days. Item is as pictured,battery compart is very clean,no corrosion. I don't have a 9 volt battery on hand to test the electronics yet.
