    I received the item as described in your ad. I did give you positive feedback, but the communication experience was not good. I had trouble with the battery taking a charge. Following having the battery inspected and trying multiple chargers I was finally able to get the battery to take a charge. I spent several days getting nowhere on an exchange for a working battery from you. Since I believe the battery may be ok, I gave you positive feedback.
