    We were selling multiple quantity of these scanners. Buyer was upset that he didn't receive the same S/N as pictured. It was the correct model, just a diff s/n than in the listing photo. I'm not sure why the s/n mattered. Common sense would be that if there was a quantity of 10, you might not get the exact one pictured. We accepted the return even tho it WAS the correct model and item & refunded him. Quite an odd reason to return as the S/N makes no difference as long as the model is the same.
