    NOT WORKING! It arrived intact and on time, but several motors barely turned with full speed setting. The neon indicator bulb was never connected properly as one lead goes to a terminal strip point but does not connect anywhere else. This lead me to test the silicon device which shows up as two resistors with a common junction, not an SCR or thyristor as expected. The capacitor measures good at 1.9 MFD (2 MFD rating) but has a very high ESR so is leaking. I'll order a manual and re-build it.
