  Seller gave my deal I worked hard to receive to another buyer after I purchased 1 item instead of the 4 I planned to purchase. I payed $5 for shipping and then he gave (my deal) to another buyer $1 shipping. So of course I asked for a refund considering he just gave my deal to someone else. He had good communication and agreed to cancel my order (as he should). However, I haven’t completed a transaction with this seller. I remain neutral and confused why he would give someone else my deal.
