Customers may return an Item for repair, replacement, or refund within 30 days of the purchase date if the Item fails to operate due to hardware malfunction. We cannot be responsible for malfunctions caused by user operation of software installed by customer post sale. Included batteries of any kind, including laptop batteries, are not covered by this warranty, but may be returned for proper reuse or recycling with equipment that is returned for the above-mentioned reasons. Customer will pay the return fee.

    Ordered some accessories that were listed as OEM and had BioRad labels in the pictures. We received unlabeled filter paper that had a different texture than BioRad filter paper. Seems to work OK, but I would not have purchased if they were not OEM. Seller offered a refund if we returned them, but it's honestly not worth my time to deal with this. Disappointing. Be careful if you're ordering accessories from seller, you may not get what is advertised.

    Dear Gesapi, we are sorry that you do not like this OEM parts, OEM part is not Bio-Rad original parts, it is from manufacture who make equivalent parts for Bio-Rad, let's solve this problem. we can refund you 50% if you want to keep it. Or we refund you 100% if send it back. thank you and looking forward your reply
