  The seller needs to check the items they are selling are working and fit for purpose. I had to get the pad retaining pins drilled out. Sellers responce to me was, if you had sent it back i would of removed the pins. Why did you not check the caliper and fix the problem before selling it. Dont just buy the item from this seller, ask them to make sure it is fit for purpose and fully working first. Item was well packed in a box and postage was quick.

  First of all i'm sorry you had a problem with this item, the item was working, if you had wanted me to check the pins / remove them, i would have done so if you did not feel confident about doing it yourself, when buying second hand parts i assume rightly or wrongly that the buyer as some mechanical knowledge, I can not check every component on every item i sell, the time it would take would push up the costs massively. I was happy for you to return it at my cost. Regards Ged
