    Sorry for late reply of your feedback. We were engaged to know all the facts of issues created and you got the product in broken condition and comes to know that we dispatched a new product only at our end and there are no issue related to product and packing. The issue was create in the transit. We have seen your photographs also and observed that you got the broken parts also in the box, which is caused due to issue in transit. If it's broken before packing, you will not get broken parts.
