  Seller got in touch with me and said he received this box from target. It appeared unopened so he assumed that it was. He said he had no knowledge that the package had been opened or that the ink cartridges had been used. He refunded my money and said he would double check in the future. I am totally satisfied and would definitely use this seller in the future.

  Instead of leaving a nasty comment, you should have contacted me first. This wasn't done intentionally as I get these from return pallets. I simply may have overlooked that someone resealed it. I did not reseal it. I have thousands of feedback and you only have 7. So I have a lot more experience in how to handle these matters of overreaction. And call ebay I have their number as well and will be calling them too.
