    Item arrived on time as described. The item was listed with Make Offer options and 3 choices. I didn't choose the lowest but the middle one. The response was 'Seller Declined'. No counter offer. Why list it this way? Just make it a BUY NOW only...why waste my time with going back and making another offer so you can decline it...? We are talking a couple of dollars here, but if you don't want to give a discount then don't offer one period.
