  Bought one thinking it would be great they sent it out with a completely bent swing arm! They came to collect it and sent another one same problem again so clearly they don’t check them so they have been to collect this one to I said don’t bother sending another I’ll just have a refund as I’m doing going threw all this again as that take a while in its self then received an email saying I’ll recieve a refund in 1-6 days this was on the 16/08/2025 it’s now the 1/10/2025 15days later no refund

  We’re sorry for the frustration caused. A refund was issued on 13th September, but it is currently on hold due to a payment dispute raised with your bank. Once eBay receives the outcome from your payment institution, the refund will be released.

  I bought this shock as mine had seen better days, got it within 2 days which was good unfortunately wrong size came but I messaged customer service with the pictures and April managed to get sorted it quickly and got my returns sorted had the replacement within another 2 days. Would recommend.
