  Negative with the cartridges. No protective tape that requires removal before inserting into printer. The cartridges seemed to have been used.However, I tried inserting them several times and the printer would not accept them. The black cartridge seemed to be leaking a bit. I contacted the seller about this situation. I received an immediate refund. Very possitive with the seller!

  I bought 2 starter motor for my lawn tractor but I purchased them separate days after the first starter, i got to use it one of them it lasted only one day it stopped working the other won't engage so I am not pleased with the starter you sent me, do I get a refund or after sending the starter back to you and get a refund, because I no longer will order anything from ebay such as this
