  Exactly as described, received the battery pack. Unfortunately USPS in Indianapolis, IN sent it out to California and had to make a round trip, slowing down the delivery process. Eventually I did receive the product. No communication from the seller about the package being held up by USPS or their routing half way across the country. Not the seller's fault though, squarely on USPS. Would have been nice if the seller noticed the product had not arrived on time and reached out, but did not.

  i got my item and it was incomplete/missing parts and was not able to be used at all, i did contact the seller and they werent aware of any issues with my item, so they emailed customer support for my product, unfortunately customer support couldn't help, so i was able to return my item, through out this whole process the sellers communication was amazing

  Item exactly as described; arrived in good working order despite the fact that the box used for shipping was damaged and there was zero protective packaging around the item. I guess it was just bouncing around in that box all the way here. Maybe that speaks loudly of its durability 😀. Works like a charm though so I’m happy.
