    The item was listed as new, but was clearly used. One used taillight was bad (did not operate) and one was badly scuffed. Contacted the seller with pictures. The seller responded and promptly sent replacements. But they were clearly both used with slight scuff marks. They did operate correctly. So I ended up with a used set.
