    Hi parcel arrived today in a bit of a battered box which was twice as big as needed. But fortunately with one item being in polystyrene and boxed and the other with lots of bubble wrap. Therefore arrived in the UK safely. I presume it was packed by customs. Thank you they are lovely

    item came broken, was not packed properly being the fact it was a fragile item. I believe the item was possibly broken when sold and wasn't described as such the price reflect that it was . other similar items were twice as much, thought I came across a good deal.if shipping was free it wouldn't be as bad.

    The buyer did bring this issue to my attention. I did offer a full refund no questions asked. Buyer was only interested in a partial refund. Buyer would not prove the item was broken. If you're unhappy enough to leave a bad review you should be unhappy enough to return the item. Thank you.

    i bought a $5 item, quite old and fragile, it arrived packaged in nothing but a thin plastic shipping bag, badly damaged, yes a full refund was offered, but WHO puts fragile items in a thin plastic shipping bag with no padding, the answer is ....................this guy does, have a nice day, and i hope your experience is better then mine
