  This item is not black. It is a strange blue color. I now have to find a way to make appear vintage black. Not as expected. No mention of actual color. Very deceptive. Not for restoration. Just for functional use and strange color.

  You are correct the item was not black! Because you bought Blue. The pictures clearly showed BLUE.unfair feedback because it was the buyers mistake.the buyer subsequently then purchased the black one realizing his mistake.again why did I get a negative when it was your MISTAKE? ,
