    I ordered 50 strands of nano hair extensions and only 20 arrived I have contacted the the seller and they said open a case with ebay because we don't open r packs of hair extensions so nothink we can do I have had to order another pack hoping I get 50 strands because hair dresser has olready fitted 20 that's wen I was told there was only 20 strands and the seller said she had sent 50 strands.

    Regret ever deciding to buy from this seller chose the cheapest option you can for delivery didn't turn up for 2 weeks so I spoke to Royal Mail which is when they told me because of how cheap the option is it could take a month or over to deliver and there is no updates to be given on where it is at all, no other options to pay for delivery for it to get here faster, seller has a bad attitude and no help at all had to ask eBay to step in to get a refund, AVOID!!

    You chose free standard delivery which takes around 5 working days. There is numerous options to pay for faster delivery. Ebay did not step in and refund you. We issued the refund.
