  As you can see by the pictures I paid for the item on 7/18 and the seller shipped it on 7/24. Six days I sat waiting and the seller tells me it was the post office’s fault. I just provided you with documentation. It wasn’t the post office. 15 years I’ve been on Ebay and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had! You deserve a five star negative!

  Order was placed Friday evening and shipped promptly on Monday, which aligns with my stated business hours. USPS didn’t scan it until later in the week, which unfortunately caused confusion and delay. I communicated with you throughout and investigated the delay, even offering future support. While I understand the frustration, this was due to USPS processing, not a delay on my part.

  The eggs I bought were dirty and all shapes and sizes but they were fertile and I managed to hatch one.

  Thank you for your feedback. Our eggs come from free-range birds, so some natural variation in shape and minor surface dirt can occur despite our efforts to provide clean, quality hatching eggs. I'm glad to hear you had a successful hatch.
