    Item arrived broken [MCM vintage, ceramic lamp] - the packaging was woefully inadequate [flimsy box, a limited amount of wadded up paper, a single piece of cardboard, a THIN layer of bubble wrap - whoever packed the item either didn't know what they were doing and/or didn't care if the item arrived in one piece [it arrived in several pieces] - experience can be Rated as "Buyer beware" - I rarely ever leave this type of review but in this case I want others to know - tell them to ship it properly

    We're truly sorry this item was damaged in transit. It was carefully packed with double layers of bubble-wrap (a thin layer to fit the curves, and a very thick layer taped to the item) along with additional padding and noted as having pre-existing damage. Unfortunately, it sustained further damage in transit. We issued a full refund immediately to make things right, so we're surprised by the feedback and wish the experience had matched our usual high standards.

    Packaging NOT the greatest but it worked. I mean how do you package a tennis racquet! I never knew Frankenstein Packaging is a thing...but it worked. Shipping was good. I had 1 of these racquet when Wilson made 'em 35-40 yrs ago n this 1 is as described n great value at $62 n it played perfectly well.
