    The strap is not genuine. It is not a hand stitched strap. When you buy something good from First Class Dials, it's REALLY good. When you have a problem, and you email them you receive no response. You wait and open a return, you still receive no response. I understand they make it up in the volume, but a repeat customer hoes they will at least a response to their issue.
