    Item shipped quickly but instead of a pair of shoes, two mismatched shoes arrived. I think it was just a mistake, and the seller was responsive about a refund. The one shoe that was half of what I ordered appeared as described and in good shape, so it's too bad I can't somehow send back the wrong shoe and get the pair. But I'm sure these things happen sometimes.
