    The kettle was poorly packaged. The lid came off in transit, and it was loose in the box, it dented the kettle. The dent was not visible in the pictures. It happened in transit. The kettle was dirty and no attempt was made to make it presentable. This, after I left a note, when making the purchase asking the seller to package it well, as it was a gift. The seller is not conscientious in even presenting the goods well much less packaging it well.
