The Lens should have worked as shipped. You are an international sale, so the only Option was a Return, but eBay Normally Just Auto Refunds you. I also do not get a chance to get my item back so I can retest to see where the issue was. Yours sound like a weird Motherboard or Drive Board issues causing only some games to Work. Mine seem to be the same problem but worst so you had a different Problem then the replacement disk drive.
