    I will never purchase clothing without a return policy in effect again.. I will never buy with my heart again. I fell in love with this skirt but it did not fit. Too big, too long, too overpowering. Ebayer did ship it quickly, but that can not change the way the garment flowed. 3x was more like a 5x. Now I am stuck with it. Hopefully I can something from my local consignment store.
