    After less than a month of normal use by an elderly woman who is limited use of her hand, the entire setting fell out with the center diamond. This means the setting was already compromised. I contacted the seller who refused to do anything about it claiming she must have caught a prong. I can understand how that might happen but that would have bent the prong not ripped out the setting. So lesson learned, do not buy from this seller.

    We offer 30 day returns. Customer had the item for 45 days and asked if we offer a warranty since they realized they broke the setting and lost the diamond. We can not cover accidentals. Customer is over 30 day return policy and no longer has the complete item.
