    I love this Mr. Coffee Espresso machine. This was the first time I have ordered a used item and I was extremely pleased with the LOOKS LIKE NEW APPEARANCE how it arrived. Seller did a wonderful job of cleaning and also packing it. It arrived timely and works great and looks new. Highly recommend.

    Item description said new, but a couple of the blades were dirty from use and the container was dirty and has a broken plastic piece that is missing on the side. This does not change the function of what I purchased and am not super picky. The item just should not have been displayed as new.

    regardless of any reviews It is always sad for me to find out one of my customers is unhappy. The item that was sent to you was not cracked or damaged and as for the item being new, when I get them from the auctions where I source my items I can only go by what I am also told about the items condition. I would never intentionally misrepresent anything I sell. My customers are the most important part of my business and I go to great lengths to ensure things are presented as accurately as possible
