  The seller is listing defective merchandise and makes no effort to correct an unsatisfactory transaction. I purchased a new Samsung travel adapter and found the item to be not working properly. (It was charging my phone very slowly.) The seller did not respond to my message--nothing. Please avoid doing business with this seller due to poor quality wares and the intentional act of ignoring a legitimate customer complaint. I am stuck with a useless item but I have learned who not to buy from.
