    Blender was broken, they try to get us to file a claim ourselves even though it wasn't our fault that the blender was POORLY PACKED 😡

    Not accurate. Buyer "performed" repairs before reporting the damage, documenting the alleged claim, or obtaining approval for repairs. They admitted the box to be "quite beat" but ignored requests to provide documentation of damages while demanding compensation for parts and labor. They were given the option to return item for a full refund but chose to "fix it" and file the insurance claim; (after all, once repaired, it was no longer our property). They wanted to eat the cake and have it.
