  Product was expired 5 months ago. Reached out to seller said they were unaware of expiration date. Messaged to get info to send back product after they offered to take it back, but no response since.

  By the buyer's own words I offered a free return. The buyer has yet to open the return. I am not a huge corporate conglomerant, I'm just a person trying to run a small business. I do the best I can to try and provide good customer service. I take my own pictures and I make my listings as honest and as accurate as possible. The feedback system should not be used by buyers as a tool to ger free product when honest sellers like myself do the right thing and offer the free return when issues arise.

  I offered this buyer a free return TWICE. Buyer refused to return the item, buyer continued to demand refund without return. If the product wasn't right why would you want to keep it? Now 30 days later they have left this feedback because they are angry I didn't give them free product. The feedback system should not be used as a tool to get honest sellers like myself to get free merchandise. Especially when the seller does the right thing and offers the return. SELLERS BEWARE
