  Seller only wrapped Blancher in bubble wrap NO BOX so the blancher has a couple of small dents and one handle scraped, should of at least boxed the item. Seller also lists items as (or best offer) but when you make an offer they turn down your offer and counter with the original price. Why even list (or best offer)?
