I asked them to reimburse me something. And they told me basically under our terms and conditions we cannot. Reimburse anything. I will never buy anything from this company again there are plenty of other companies on eBay which sell the exact same part at a cheaper price and it’s the same brand. Do your homework before purchasing anything from this company.

They issued a replacement with no quibbles and sent it to an alternative address which was received on time. Seller communication was outstanding, seller attitude and helpfulness excellent. I would use again without hesistation.

Delivery was with Evri who are a disgrace and delivered parcel the following day after saying they had delivered it the day before. Not sure why anyone uses Evri. So the seller and product were great, the delivery company were not.
