  3/8 impact (4 lbs) ordered, 1/2 inch long anvil impact (7 lbs) delivered. Item delivered didn't work, but ad item advertised in good working order. Inspected item not fully repairable. Tried to work a deal for wrong item (broken), but seller used typical 15% discount nonsense (his cost in shipping). Just returned it, but had to repack as item not properly packed that was sent.   Deal was sketchy with bad vibes. Delivery quoted was long, actual delivery very slow. Item was not the item described or pictured, shipped weight and described weight (and known weight) of item different. Item was poorly packed, and the item shipped didn't function either. Had to repack at my expense to return at seller's expense. Item didn't ship from advertised location. 1 of 2 shipments sent from nearby city at the last second, as to ship any credible proxy for eBay's watchers. Sketchy.
