    Zero customer service! Ordered this light for $172. Accidentally ordered the UV. For 4 days before they shipped it, I sent 4 eBay messages & 2 emails to their direct customer sales email to send the purple light. This sucks and I feel that for buying such an expensive light you’d think there would be anybody who cares enough to respond. It did come. Not the one I wanted but it did come. I told them I would leave negative feedback if they didn’t respond. Took forever to ship. Arrived super late!

    seller was SLOW to ship, i mailed him and he was snarky. Then he shipped the WRONG ITEM and he would NEVER reply to ANY emails. So I had to go thru Ebay to file a claim to get my money refunded. I caution anyone buying from this seller and check out his negative feedback section. Very dissapointed.
