    AWFUL customer service. Seller gets defensive and rude even thought it was him that sold an unusable device. BUYER BEWARE.

    As i told the buyer, the device was properly factory reset and the issue was him trying to restore his own backup that had a password on it. He kept saying the issue was with my item and open a returned. After I sent him label to send it back, he closed the return.
