  The quality of the earbuds sucks. It doesnt even charge. I left it on the charger for 12+ hours, and it didnt charge. No wonder the value is cheap. The appearance and condition of it looks fine but it WONT CHARGE. So how can it be new when it doesnt charge?

  Laptop arrived packaged nicely, no nicks or dings and fully charged. Once I set it up for use and used it for about an hour, I put it on the charger and it didn't charge. I contacted seller got one response and was never replied to again. I've returned the laptop and am no waiting for a refund. Which, I had to contact eBay for because the seller is no longer replying. Still waiting on refund 24 hrs after return receipt.
