    As described; some of the latches were broken but they were easy to find replacements for. Good quality fixture that arrived with no damage to the lens due to good packing by the seller. I don't know if the ballast was good but will test that some day; I swapped the sockets/wiring/ballast out of a vintage T12 wrap I had so I could use my full-spectrum tubes, and the light works and looks great - real old-school quality.
