  Not a negative experience but reaching out to the seller expecting a decently quick response should not be assumed apparently. Once the seller responded I was told item would be shipped out that week. (Two weeks after purchase) now 2 more weeks have gone buy after another email or two has been sent to the seller. I have not heard back or seen my item shipped.

  Hey there, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We were completely locked out of our account and was unable to get back in even after reaching out to ebay numerous times and today is the first time we've been able to log in after almost 2 months. I did try to personally email you but didn't hear anything back so unfortunately there was nothing else I could do. It appears Ebay already refunded you before you posted feedback, so that's good at least! Again, our sincerest apologies!

  Worst experience I’ve ever dealt with on eBay. Part was not in stock like seller claimed it was. Seller is rude when responding to questions pertaining to shipping. Part is nice but wait time exceeded expectations.

  I'm a handmade company and when one of the specific color LEDs you requested was out of stock and you were notified that I could either split the order or send all together, you literally started calling me names and insulting.... which is why Ebay stepped in and awarded the case to me. You shouldn't even be allowed on Ebay acting like that.
