    The ink cartridge is show in it's original packaging and shown as new but when it is delivered, it is not in the original box. It is loose in the shipping bag. There is no original protective tape either. They refill cartridges and try to pass them off as new. I contacted the seller but they refuse to reply and correct the problem. I highly recommend to never buy from this person. No communication whatsoever with multiple attempts.

    Overall happy with item but I had to contact the seller about the instructions that the listing stated would be included. I was sent a link to a video that still didn't show me how to do it correctly. I had to find the correct instructions on my own. Just an inconvenience I hope the seller fixes for future buyers. The ink works as it is suppose to though. Just be prepared you might have to figure it out on your own.
