The seller responds to communications, He sent a broken/defective item. His add says seller to pay return shipping; but they refuse to send a shipping label. Instead, they repeatedly offer partial refunds and tell me to sell it on eBay for a profit. If it wasn't defective, it would have been a great value, broken, it is worthless. It may have been a store return. 1st picture shows the broken switch 2cd and 3rd picture shows where switch goes. Seller has been making excuses and putting me off

Never sent tracking and not until I messaged to inquire about the item then the seller said the item was returned to them due to damage supposedly. Poor communication and service.
