    Fast delivery, item as described. I get approximately the same warmth in my Room (5x5m) compared to a 1kW Oil heater. The panel is around 850W continuos, but can be regulated by a digital Thermostat. Difference in power usage would depend on how often the thermostat goes ON/OFF I guess?
