    We use business mail and fill out a ledger every day stating value of all items posted.The item was posted using a tracked service and we have postal receipts.The scenario described by the customer to us cannot possibly be attributed to anything we did. The post office have confirmed they would not have accepted the package from us at the counter for despatch if it was in the condition the customer claims it was when she received it.
