  I have the correct light for long wave 367nm shielded for visible light. They barely glow unlike most of my purchases. The paperwork states long wave. I wonder if these are not shortwave that got mixed up? Fast shipment and packed well. I wish I had a SW light so I could test my theory.

  Buyer is likely using a Blacklight, which is pretty much junk for UV minerals in general, and which we explicitly state will not work for these minerals. We messaged buyer with pics of the exact rocks they were sent using the proper light, which look nearly identical to the listing pics, but received no response. Every single piece we send out is checked multiple times & all look very similar to the listing pics when you use the correct light. We've sold literally many tons of UV rocks!
